I have not heard of this issue before! Hence, I will have to report to our Community In-charge team!
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And which version of the App do you have?
The Ad that was playing in the background, was it a continuation of an Ad that you just watched in the game (for extra moves, etc.,)?
Will it be possible for you to provide a screen recording (with volume on)?
