Can’t connect to App Store on iPad

Since updating my iPad to the newest iOS system, 18.2, my games will no longer connect to the App Store to make endgame purchases. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting that Apple suggests, but still not having any luck. Is it an iPad issue or is it the game?
