Can you please tell me which device you are using and which device of the App do you have right now?
When you try to use your gold bars, do you see any error message? Since how long have you been experiencing this issue?

this happened to me before. There was some sort of issue with the game not being able to connect to the App Store & it affected my ability to use the bars that I already had for some reason.
Make sure you’re connected to the internet either through WiFi or the cellular data connection. If you’re connected & you still can’t use them, there’s either a problem on the CC side or there’s a bug in the game code in which means you’ll have to wait for the next update to be released.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
