on level 1195 (i think), I purchased 3 party horn boosters with 29 pieces of gold and only got one. Is there any way of checking or correcting that?

Party Popper is the one booster I often buy in my game too! And, it is 29 Gold Bars per each booster! So, you were not cheated!
It is Lollipops and Free Switch boosters that are 3 per 29 Gold Bars!

I completely understand! Since both UFO booster and Party Popper are the special boosters and clears most of the blockers of our game board, these cost a lot of GB per single piece!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
