My facebook got hacked and become disabled to me. Is there a way to regain the progress level?

I used to be connected to Facebook but unconnected a few years ago. I was on 3923 and wanted to connect back to Facebook to get lives from my friend and it reset me to level 701. Now when I beat a level it boosts me up 15 levels, so now I’m on 802.

My candy crush reset to level 1 and I’m so upset. The app kept crashing so I force closed it. I was on level 1433 (or around that) and the last thing I want to do is start all over.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your progress on your game

It is strange to hear that you are showing about 500 levels behind. Can you please check whether those levels are showing the numbers on them and the Stars (you gained) are above them?

I am attaching a screenshot from my game. Please see below

In above pic, the levels you see numbers, I have already passed them. And all the new levels do not have numbers (next to my Avatar) as I have not reached them yet. Can you too take screenshot from your game map and post it here? Try to take the pic at level # 3610

How do I recover candy crush levels

i lost 7 or 8 levels yesterday for no reason. No new device or anything. Can this be fixed?

I used the buddy switch to unlock new levels. I was up to 4265. Had to go in and reset candy crush because buddy switch wasn't working. It would just spin and spin around. Finally got it back working but it's showing my highest level reached is 4220. How can I get my levels back up to 4265. Thank you.

when the candy crush game changed into the Christmas version the app froze so I closed it and when I went back on and all my progress was lost. I was on level 952 and I’m gutted

never saved the game stupidly but is there anyway I can get my levels back???

Was over 1100 levels for sure and got bounce back to 460 some and then on my L progress lost from 67 or 68 down the back down to level one how do I restore progress Describe your question in more detail here (at least 40 characters please)
