Hi, my progress was saved but I lost my gold bars, friends and everything but the daily spinner.

Did you save the game on your old device either with Facebook or King account? If so, all you need to do is — download the game on your new iPad and log in with the same account you have used until now. All your game progress and the Gold Bars will be transferred to your new iPad.
Please note that the boosters and Lives you have saved on your old device will not be transferred to your new iPad as these are limited to the device's local memory - which is not transferrable!!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
