I just got a new iPad and when I sign in it is at a lower level than my phone. On the phone on my level 4101and on the iPad, on level 2145.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
