I got a new phone and it started me out on level one and I was on level 3,600 something. Plus all my gold which was over 300 bars. Help!!!

** If you log into the game, you should find your Gold Bars intact in your game.
You do not need to log out of the game from your old phone to play the game on your new phone. All you need to do is just log into your account and start from where you left off.
I can’t log out on my old phone. How can I get reimbursed? I had to start at level one. I have spent a few thousand dollars to get where I am. 😭

On your new phone, did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the account you have used on your old device? If not, please do that first and you should find your Gold Bars safe and sound!
