no longer getting gold in the chocolate box, why?

I’m on game 18051, gold chocolate box changed about a month ago
the gold box. Played and won 15 straight rounds and never gold in the chocolate box, they took getting gold away, stupid move, troll game the same, can’t play old levels to win, and now every level is skull level hard. Hardly worth playing anymore.

(1) your Chocolate box is not changing to the next one and not giving you the prizes even after finishing the tasks?
(2) OR are you not receiving the Gold Bars after finishing the tasks, but the Chocolate box changes to next one? Does it show Gold Bars as one of the rewards?
** If you are experiencing either of these issues, can you please post a screenshot of your Chocolate Box?

my chocolate boxes stay the same even when I win each one but I never get gold in the box.

Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for "why" they have changed the rewards and removed Gold Bars! But, we all are in the same boat! Tasks are vast and reward is very less! This is just another change King brought in along with many other features😔
Hello @redtwodoor Welcome to King Community. Actually there are three types of chocolate box i have seen in Candy-crush-saga game. The first box is called Bronze where you won't see/get any gold bars. The second one is called Silver chocolate box where you might see 10 gold bars or maybe not and the third one is called Gold Chocolate box where you will see the prize is gold bars along with other boosters. To reach the Gold Chocolate box you must have to complete first and second chocolate box requirements within the time line. So which chocolate box you are talking about?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
