@Scooterpie I understand. I don't get many events on Windows 10 so anytime I can get free gold or an Amazon gift card I go for it. I'm thinking of getting a real phone to go mobile with the game. Lol I'm so cheap.
I totally understand @cookiemae, I just did not realize there is a research club. I do not do surverys or zoom calls. Trying to keep my mystery, hehe and my secrets…
@Scooterpie I was only asking if anyone was in the research club in this community that was having issues redeeming points. I just sent them an emailthey fixed it. Got my Amazon gift card.

@Scooterpie Oh,the points you get from surveys and zoom calls if you are a member of the club. I have enough points for the Amazon gift card but was finding it hard to process the request this time. So I was wondering if other people in the club had an issue. I haven't had any problems until now.
