What happened on level 546, I think, was a dragon getting stuck above the board cutout, similar to my position below.
I was only able to end up in such a position after deliberately making a match to push the dragon there. However, on dragon levels, it's not unusual for them to become stuck above board cutouts or obstacles. To get the dragon out of such a dead spot, you need to create a position similar to the one shown below.
Two candies of the same color are on one side of the dragon, while the third is on the other. You can then match those candies to slide the dragon sideways to the spot where it can drop out.
I don't know what happened on level 489. I'm at a loss as to how you ended up in such a position, but a striped candy or a striped and wrapped combination on the bottom row would make it drop out, I think.
Hello @Moeali52 . The middle screenshot is unrelated to the problem of the other two. I have just played level 489 and it plays fine. I do not have any problem to get the dragon to drop. This is a screenshot of my starting board. If yours looks different please could you post a screenshot? (ignore the colour bomb as it's a timed booster)
When I play this level the two bubble gum squares at the edge of the bottom row will automatically pop the liquorice cages and the dragons then drop down, so I am not sure how you could end up in the position of your screenshot.
