Candy Royale

I was playing candy royale and 1 last level, I will get the gold prizes. But the app started crashing. It won’t let me play after I watched 1 ad! This is annoying!I spent my hard earned gold bars to win the event. And this is what happened. Actually, this isn’t my first rodeo with this issue! I need some sort of reward compensation for making me play non-stop and make your app crash the moment I win!

Can you please clarify something for me? Did your game crash when you were watching the Ad or while playing the game?

Which device are you using to play the game and what are the specs of your device? Which version of the game App do you have right now?

You said this is not the first time, you have experienced this issue! Were you talking about the game crashing while watching Ads? If it is the Ads, do you remember if it was the same Ad that has been crashing?
