cannot get the dragon to drop on level 1909 candy crush saga , spent lots of money with you so far and on this one game , I feel like quitting completely too frustrated !

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
