I have not received any new levels yesterday. I am at level 18245. I have checked for updates but nothing. I am playing on windows. Any help much appreciated

I'm not sure they know about it? There' s probably been no one at the office since before Christmas. The company is being run by bots over the holidays, that would explain why no one has explained nor taken any note of our posts. I'm sure on Monday QueenB will come up with a big apology and explanation. There was a somewhat technical explanation from Johnny Crush in this thread:
I think what Johnny is trying to explain in his first page post is that in order for there to be any new levels there needs to be a game update, which appears to have been missed.
Is nobody from King going to try and explain as to why we have not got our new levels
@LoFiGummy As you are around at the moment please could you instruct Kiara that there seems to be a hold-up regarding the new releases for Windows players and even if there wasn't there would be no level 18,490. Please could you check out if there has been an error and look at the posts in this thread:

I am on Windows 11. Do you think that is where the problem is?
