This is the THIRD time this week I won a race and was told I would be rewarded 30 gold bars and never recieved them. I took screen shots and contacted customer service each time and they said it could be a technical issue…. Three times? Oh and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Anyone else having these issues?

Hi @ashelton7 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I can't believe that is still happening, King were contacted so many times for months last year so they knew there was a problem. Must say you're lucky to have actually got an answer from King Player Support. I sent them over 20 emails a month ago and just kept getting automated replies. Not sure if anyone else with the same problem actually got help, not even sure it's worth suggesting you contact them again. It's pretty poor service isn't it 😕 Now you've joined the Community read other posts in Discussions and Support you might like to join in. You will pick up a few tips and see what problems others are having, you may even be able to answer others questions. Good luck with your game and it would be nice to hear from you again 😏
