Have you checked that you have a stable internet connection and that you have the latest version of the game as well?
It also helps if you can specify where you are seeing this error or if you have a screenshot to show it. If it's a problem that happens in the game store (like the App Store, Google Play etc) then it might be a problem with the store, but if it happens in game it's another story.
