My game froze the moment I finished a level. So I lost the sequence and I still had 2 more levels to go until I won 150-200 gold bars. After I reset the game, my progress disappeared. What should I do?
Hey there! When you say that you reset the game, did you mean that you uninstalled it and reinstalled it again?
To retrieve your progress, you need to have an account in the game (either with Facebook or a King account), logging into that account again should retrieve your levels.
If you didn't have an account, I suggest making one and contacting the support via the game so that they can help you get you back to where you were! 🙌
