I think I came up with an unexpected incident. I was playing level 7174 and was on a streak of 14, also I was on the event where you climb with another 100 guys and the pool then divides after 21 games. I was winning 100+ gold so tried every possibility but was unable to move the egg as shown in attachment. How tf the egg came there. Ijdk... Explain and I request team to refund the gold with penalty and also with progress or consider this as my last game.

Hi there, it's weekend now and there aren't many members of the team around at the best of times. Don't expect a reply at this time. I don't think that King Admin people work at weekends.
I haven't seen other posts about this level and struggle to see how your dragon ended up in this place. Surely this is something that only happens on one attempt, such as maybe if you played a double colour to start with. Try replaying the level and try removing the keys one by one and not removing all the blockers at once, and you should be able to get past this level. Good luck!

Yes and the best way to report it is to access Player Support via the app: Click on Settings (the small pink cogwheel on the game map)then on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you get "contact us" at the bottom. You will only get an automated reply at the moment because they are still in holiday mode at King, but on Monday or Tuesday someone might answer you. Send them your screenshot and they might give you some compensation.
