Hello, I agree with you on this issue. When you quit the game for a few days, you will feel much better and you will not want to play this game anymore. Because every level is full of stress. At first, CCS was really fun.  Yes, there were very difficult levels before, but I could pass them by trying for a day or three or five days, and this gave me great pleasure. Because I was getting the results of my efforts. Now there is no this, there is only stress. There must be boosters to pass the level.I bought booster for money before, I bought it on PC and it was cheaper than on mobile.

I am sorry we are not able to help you @janteman. It's a community of players here and no one from King cares or responds here to complaints regarding video ads. There is one standard answer that the moderators give, and even the moderators are volunteer players and employed by King. Have you checked out the thousands of complaints of this nature in the thread in Support? It won't let me link the thread right now, but if you go over to the Support forum (the ? in the green circle at the top of this page) you will find a 194 page long collection thread where King have gathered up all the thousands of complaints similar to yours to gather dust. This had been their response to complaints over the unfair distribution of ads for years and all we as players can do is vent our disgruntlement here and inform each other of what King do. We have no influence on anything they do.

As for a class action lawsuit, King have good lawyers and have covered all loopholes. Don't forget that this is a free game to download and play. This limits customer rights. The easiest answer is to delete the app and be done with it.

Well none of this helps and I wish candy crush support would really find a interest because thanks for the comments but they are junk and worthless to my issue I do like the game but don't like I am being scammed maybe a lawyer and class action is in the new future.

I've never paid for anything in this game and I used to get ads and a couple months ago they stopped the ads all together for no reason it seems.

And no I don't. Knowingly have multi accounts if I do i only use the one that is tagged to my Facebook .

My mother's account sisters brothers wife's sons and different unlinked accounts. And my mother has paid for levels before but still gets the commercial ads for extra moves. My sister hasn't paid and wife hasn't but yet gets the commercials. I do not believe that is a valid reason and very unfair . If this is a lidgit reason that's a joke. I habe bought the 20 gold for 5.99 and supposed to get 3x all the boosters and I didn't get any of the boosters. Two different things here but I'm beyond upset. I can show videos screen shots or what ever. But I have even check software version and it's been the same but one has commercials and one doesn't.

Hello @janteman Are these all your games? Are they different accounts or all one account? You state that you don't always get all that you paid for, so this means you have spent some money on offers in the game. Unfortunately this will be the reason why you never see any ads. Players who spend money never get to see ads.
