There is a glitch with level 7052. How do you move past this level?

The dragon in the corner can only be released by using the frog. Many players think there should be a second key, but there is none. To release that dragon, feed the frog until it flashes and then move it to the empty space just above the dragon. That will make it drop down.

Do the blue candies exploded from leftover moves count towards the total blue candies for that round? Or do they only count the ones during regular game play? I don't know if I should be focusing on getting through levels quickly or trying to use all my moves on each level.…
