I kept playing and it finally acknowledged the ingredients as collected. BTW it acknowledged it as they were collected.

Same thing happened to me. After clearing the cherry and nut and the jelly the game did not recognize the win. I play on an iPad mini. I’ll try to do it again and get a screenshot, but I had to use boosters and don’t want to use them all up to get a picture.
