how to create fish

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga?
If so, did you create the Fish in your game recently? If not, not all players received this feature yet! So, that could be the reason you are not able to create the fish in your game!

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
When you select the Swedish Fish booster, you will see the fish swim across the screen as the level starts – this lets you you know they're active.
To take advantage of the Swedish Fish booster, you must create new fish in the level by matching four candies in a square. When you create a fish, it will swim across the board and eat something on the screen at random, but with the Swedish Fish booster active, you'll create an extra bonus fish! What a catch!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
