Why do I have to Reconnect with Facebook EVERY time I go to play, on my new iPad? I was stupid and deleted the app and added it back, before I saved everything. boo hoo for me. Anyway, I'm not sure why I have to do this all of a sudden.

Facebook always keeps making changes to their rules / Terms & conditions, and this is one of the new requirements, they started last year! I am wondering may be because you are using new iPad, settings might have reset on Facebook!
I would suggest you to try below steps and see if you can get rid of logging in everyday…
(1) Remove an App or game that you have added to Facebook⬇️
(2) Log out of Facebook from all of the browsers on Device, Safari, Chrome, etc.,
(3) Log out of the Facebook app if installed;
(4) Restart the game and connect with Facebook - this time you should be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials.

UPDATE: I went back in and I had to connect with Facebook again. Ugh! LOL I guess it is just what I have to do every time I open the game.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
