I had one life remaining and I accepted two lives from friends but it didn’t give them all to me. I can have 20 lives in my mail and it will only give me one or two of them
Apparently, candy crush made a change to "help" the consumer, this change now does not allow us to get multiple lives from the same friend or friends on past levels. Playing over decades, spending thousands of $, and now I get like 3 lives per day. I'm starting to hate this company and game more and more and more every single year. Here is candy crush's response to when I inquired about this...
"Rest assured that if you are receiving some lives, then your account and game are working correctly. As the option to send lives on previously passed levels has been removed, it's possible that other friends are unaware that they can send you lives from their mailbox.
Also, if your friends send you multiple lives, you will only receive one in your game per session per friend. This is to help prevent players from getting spammed with requests.
If you wish to receive more lives, I would highly recommend that you add more friends to your profile to help you out and receive support from fellow dedicated players. This method is for individual ask, if you "select all" and press the button for the lives, it may not work instantly or not as good as this method shown below."
