i can see this is a very popular subject. Why arent enough keys appearing on time before number of turns run out although I pick them up right away
Hi @19henne as you can see from the moderator's reply King do not wish to share with us why they do this. Generally the reason King do anything in the game is because it has proven to be profitable in their tests. So after tweaking a level so that the keys drop so late that players will have to spend gold or money for extra moves, if then a lot of players do just that - spend the gold or money - they will keep the level as it is. If most player do the opposite - stop playing and stay stuck - they will probably increase the moves for such levels. This is just a guess of course. King don't share their reasoning with us.

not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
