i cant not figure out the strategy of top of the screen, can someone help

The game should have let you pass this one by now, so I don't know what's wrong with your game. To be quite honest though, if our tips have not helped and if you are still stuck here then maybe CandyCrush is not the right game for you. It gets so much worse than this when you get above level 200.

I'm always happy to advise with levels that do not seem very obvious. It's not always easy to explain how levels work in simple language and unfortunately many who come here now do not speak very good English. We also get very little feedback from the players themselves, especially on these early levels, because, as you say, the game usually lets them win after a few attempts regardless of what strategy they try to employ. Then we never hear from them again, which is a shame.
Did you figure it out?
Without getting into the details as I can never remember, all the candy generators have a timer for what candy they will drop. You have to most or less figure that timer out and then you can use the generators to get the special candies you need to clear the lucky candies at the top.
That is on turn x generator y will "drop" something.
Those candies with the ticks on them at the top are actually called "lucky candies", which may make it confusing? Those candies change when hit. Then the tick disappears and the candy changes to a candy you need to pass the level. So the first hit it will change to the colour in your order and then you will need to hit each one again to fulfil the order.
In my game the colour are different from the video:
The order is for purple and orange candies, but these don't drop in this level. The Lucky Candy needs to change colour to become purple or orange, and it will each time you hit one from below. Then hit them again from below and you will see the order count go down. You can either hit them from below with a striped candy, a striped+wrap combo or hit a colour bomb into a colour of which you have lots of lucky candies. Don't combine wrapped candies with a colour bomb though as that will have no effect on this level. The design team change level difficulty every week and this one seems unusually hard at the moment. It might get easier if you wait until Monday.

In my game the level is still like in the video here below, except the colours may differ.
You can see in the video that you will need to hit the lucky candies from below. There are dispensers with striped candies and colour bombs to help. Try to make a wrapped/striped combo if you can, as it will hit more blockers with one go. A stripe/colour bomb combo is also good. You will need some luck, so wait until the game gives you chances to create such combos as shown in the video.
