Wow! @christinewupp I didn't know that there are different areas for the friends list. I'm opening my game now to see where mine is. I'll keep this message open until I find out.
There are 3 ways to view or ask for friends! In the profile that you mentioned but it's also in the envelope and heart too. In the envelope people have requested me to send them lives and you can use a checkmark for each request and send them lives. In the heart, it's telling me that I can buy lives or wait 6 hours until it fills up again. In the profile besides showing my inventory it's showing me who my friends are but I can also send invites to people to friend me. And you are saying that it's also on the bottom? That's insane!
@Remzo it also depends how you are playing the game - Facebook or through King. With Facebook you have to be Facebook friends first and then they will show up on your list. I play only through King and the friends are randomly chosen for me. But I think there is also a way to add a personal friend with their email address.
And please just tell me how, jelly disliker @ToshiroFuji my comments made it sound like a 'big deal' or 'conspiracy stuff' that you got a signature. I thought I just asked how you got one being as it always used to be for players on level 4 or higher. I also asked @QueenB if everyone can now have one, but she decided not to answer. So re-read and think on before you reply with your cutting 'big deal' and 'conspiracy stuff' answers. This is meant to be a polite and helpful site. I only needed a simple answer like Elsa gave me, not a smack in the mouth and poke in the eye that you felt was necessary.
Is there a way to say what I would like to say without my post going for approval? I am just trying to be helpful and point something out. Never mind….
It was only changed very recently @ToshiroFuji , since they replaced the levels with names like Royalty and Champion. A year ago we had to be a higher level than you to get one, so I think it was a fair question, thankfully Elsa has clarified this.

Hi @Blister you can now get a personalized signature when you are at level 2. I can create it for you but I need you to post your request in the link posted in my signature. I am on my phone so I can’t get the link. I don’t want to go off topic in this message so send me a message in that link and we can decide what you want on it.
I know you will have a lot to look at @QueenB and might not have got to this yet. But can everyone, no matter what level they are on in the community now get a signature like ToshiroFuji has?
There are two different places for the friends list now, confusingly. Some of us still see it in our profiles:
Click on your avatar or photo at the top and you might see this:
Then click on "friends" to show your friends list.
However many new players will have the friends list at the bottom of the map screen:
Here it is at the bottom, between events and shop.
Either way, click on "friends" and a list of your friends will pop up. You can click on each one to access their player cards if you are playing online.
