Pay but don’t get icons

hello, I don’t know what they are called in English, but I buy now a few times coins and icons. I get the coins but no icons. Just now I buy the one of 6.99, but only receive coins. Can you tell me how this is possible. It’s not the first time this happens. Kind regards Cindy
