Hi @Bryanlex You have lost the connection King's server if you cannot open the store. Depending on which device you use fixes might differ. On iPhone or iPad check if the app store will load. I have had issues with mine when I was switching from wifi to mobile data and back again. Then use Apple advice to reload app store. If you use any other device then often this gets fixed itself when you close the app, check wifi is working and reopen the app. Do not delete the app though as this will lose you all your boosters. Each time you reopen the app play one level, old or new, for the app to load properly.
