it is very frustrating that I stuck on the advertisement which I cannot close to move forward after watching. The advertisement having problem are usually associated with Hong Kong advertisers having Chinese characters. The characters(words) are not displayed properly such that I don’t see any advertisement contents indeed. Could the administration of Candy Crush fix the problems asap?
Watching advertisement can get more lives and moves/gifts are available but there is bug on the advertisement (like Centaline), it is either frozen on the screen or cannot click for the skipping cross (viewing the required time) after watching. In a nutshell, the player cannot get the lives, move or gifts after viewing.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Ad videos!
I would recommend you to report any Ads that are freezing or causing any sort of issues. You can report the Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

Could the administrator from Candy Crush look at the advertisement issue? Watching advertisement do help provide opportunity to earn more gifts, getting more steps or more lives but I cannot close the advertisement to gain the said stuffs as mentioned earlier after watching. It needs me to close the app completely as no button works. It is very frustrating for the players. Help!!!!

Try the "contact us" right at the bottom of this web page. It's quite small but should be there.
thanks. I have submitted the issue through “ contact us”. Wish the adm can look into this matter and fix the frozen adv issue asap. The bug is still lasting
I have been having this issue too for a while now. Today, I realized that even when I am able to watch an ad successfully in Sweet Cinema & it says I found a booster, the booster does NOT get added into my booster supply.
Please fix this issue. In the meantime I will not be playing any new levels.
The issue on watching adv hasn’t yet been fixed so far. I am not sure if their adm is aware of the issues right now. Hopefully they can resolved soon.
