my account freezes up while watching an ad and then lose my progress
it seems to freeze up every day and not the same as. I guess I’ll have to stop playing
it does not freeze up on every ad or the same one

Is it a particular Ad or all the Ads behave the same? If it is a particular Ad, do you remember which Ad it is? Did you try to take a screenshot?
