Are you playing the game on Facebook browser or the App version?
If you are playing on Facebook browser, all you need to do is — download the game on your iPhone and log into the game with your Facebook account.
If you are playing the App version, did you save the game either with Facebook or King account? Then, after downloading the game, log in with the account you played the Windows 10 version game.
