Why i'm losing my lives

Dear team,

I lose the lives given by my friends every day.Please stop continuously updating the terms and conditions.I accepted once and that's enough. I added hundreds of friends, but the lives they gave are deleted daily.Please fix this problem.It is annoyng.Thank you.

Restart the Game: Sometimes, a quick restart can unfreeze those lives.
Check Your Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak signal might cause issues with receiving and using lives.
Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix bugs.
Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This might refresh your game and fix the issue.

i have same issue. Saturday I had 20+ lives - Sunday I had 3. What is going on???????

Apologies for not showing up yesterday! I still do not have any information about this glitch!

I too had this issue in my game last week, but now, it is all good! I sent lives to many of my (game) friends while asking for the same! Many of them responded back and I have almost 70 lives within 3 days! I am wondering if there was a connection issue in the game itself🤔

I would suggest you also to do that same…

First, take a screenshot of your available lives as of now (even if it is 0);
send lives to at least 50 friends in your game and ask a life from each of them (Let's see if you receive any back or not);
Take few screenshots after sending lives to your friends (those friends' profile/play cards);
Take a screenshot as soon as you receive a couple of lives;
Then, give about 24 hours and take another screenshot;
If you did not receive any lives, I will be able to report the issue with the help of your screenshots.
