Which device are you using to play the game? How did you lose your game progress? Did you reinstall the game for some reason and not able to get it back?

Hello @cjt4331 Welcome to King Community. Did you have your account previously while you're playing the game? If you already created the account last time then just use that login details (Your email ID and Password). Just use them to your new device and you will get back your all levels where you left your game? If you're not created any account previously and played the game then I am afraid you won't be able to get your levels back as there is no way that King can save your gale progress. Thank you

I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.
