I can't change the photo. An error message keeps appearing
It's probably copyright @chillsam. I don't think you are allowed to use this anyway, but it might also be the reason why you were unable to download the image. You should use a photo that is stored on your device for your image. Beware of copyright. Best you use a photo you or a friend took.

Are you trying to save above image to your profile picture in your game?
If so, do you see any error message? If you see in your above screenshot, "Image Storage" is highlighted! Did you try to click on it to see if it has any specific instructions?
I wonder if the image you are trying to change is larger than the needed amount!! You will have to check those specifications as well!!
