i lost my progression streaks

due the failure of gold payments to get more gold. i loose my gold and my streaks and my super cookies (i forgot the exact name)

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues in your game!

    Can you please clarify something for me? You said, "failure of gold payments to get more gold, you loose gold"!!

    Are you trying to purchase items with your Gold bars OR are you trying to purchase the Gold Bars? Which device are you using?

    Do you see any error message when you try to make the purchases? If so, can you please take a screenshot of that error message and post here?
