Candy Royale dropped me down 1 tier again and now isn't moving me forward
I've been having a consistent problem with Candy Royale dropping me down 1 or more tiers every week once the Elite challenge ends even though I finish in the top tier all the time. Almost every account on Android does this. As of yesterday (Monday) it again dropped me to the middle tier of 10 levels, I won the event and today it again opened at 10 levels not 12. So now in addition to wasting my money which I spend to remain in the top tiers, it refuses to move me forward at all? That's wrong and not fair and nobody at King cares. I've never once, ever, in 10 years received a response to any message I've sent to player support except the generic - check out our help articles. This is so wrong.

I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with the Candy Royale feature! When I reported last time (before the Holidays, I think), one of the Game Experts asked me to request you for a screen recording! Will it be possible for you to provide it as they asked?0 -
Thank you and happy new year to you as well! Sorry, not sure what you mean as far as screen recording.. It's just regular Candy Royale, but instead of opening and starting me at the top 12 level tier, it opens and starts me off at the middle 10 level tier. Unless I misunderstood? 🤣🤣

When I meant screen recording, these would help for me to send to the CM to explain the issue⬇️
- A screenshot (preferably screen recording) when you are starting the tier with 10 levels;
- Another screenshot (screen recording) after you win that tier in Candy Royale;
- A screenshot when you are about to close the window;
- A screenshot when the Candy Royale appears again and shows that you are still at 10 levels' tier.

Sure. Here is a screen shot of today, just now. I finished the 12 level yesterday (after being dropped to the 10 level on Tuesday again) and today, once again it dropped me down to the 10 level tier. Unbelievable. In several accounts on Android. So stupid. Why is it doing that??

Oh... You know what.... Let's just not even bother anymore.... ☺️ It doesn't matter. It's fine. It will keep happening every week anyway. I have multiple accounts and it's a different account every week or more. So it's ok. Thank you for your help. Right now I'm mostly bored to tears bc there are absolutely no events for two weeks in a row and nothing to do in this game. And season pass and treat parade don't count. 🤣
