Until unless we are added to the Ad videos feature, we will not receive these testing features! That is the reason your friend have the videos and you do not!
But, no need to worry! All players will receive the testing features one time or the other… just a matter of time! In the meantime, all you need to do — is make sure your game is updated to the latest version, your device memory has enough free storage space and you are active in the game! After that, all we can do is wait!
