Can you please clarify something for me? You said, "failure of gold payments to get more gold, you loose gold"!!
Are you trying to purchase items with your Gold bars OR are you trying to purchase the Gold Bars? Which device are you using?
Do you see any error message when you try to make the purchases? If so, can you please take a screenshot of that error message and post here?
