I am sorry to hear that you lost your game progress!
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the account (Facebook or King) you usually use?
If you are logged in to the game, can you try this —> Log out of the game — Close the App — shut down your device and restart it after 5 minutes — reopen the App — log back into the game — replay an old level and go back to the map — you should find your level progress is back!
If that also did not work, let me know and also post a screenshot of your game map.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
