Less moves is the reason those levels are "Legendary" (flaming hot fires)!! If you have noticed, the lesser moves the levels have, the harder they are titled!
The only way to beat those levels is - with pre-game boosters, using special boosters (like UFO or Party Popper), and keep some Gold bars handy is the only way to beat these levels in first attempt!
Otherwise, we have to keep trying those levels and after certain number of tries, game sends an easy board for us to be able to come closer to a win!
The truth is that depending on the level it is very difficult to pass it.But when the algorithm notices that you repeated the level a lot, it makes it easier for you in the end...

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
