Hello @JuremaClaudiaNzagiii and welcome to the community. Can you let us know which level you are stuck on? @MannyFae and @christinewupp are both experts on how to beat levels. Some levels require a certain strategy and for others you need the patience to wait for a lucky board where the game will drop the candies you need to help you pass. Make striped, wrapped and color bombs when you can and combine them to clear as much of the board as you can. When I am stuck on a hard level with no gold or boosters, I take breaks from the level I am stuck on and work on completing the classic and bronze chocolate boxes with old levels to build up my booster supply. This way you can use the timed boosters from the chocolate box to help you complete the level. It also helps me to not get bored losing the same level over and over again. Eventually, the game will let you win the level even without boosters or gold bars. Good luck!

Unfortunately, (most of) the legendary levels require us spend Gold bars as game doesn't give us enough moves to beat those levels!
If possible, I would suggest you to keep trying to accumulate UFO booster every week from "Season Pass". Also, "Beat the Troll" event gives us both UFO and Party Popper boosters and we can earn up to 3 boosters each on weekends! But now, "Beat the Troll" feature requires us to play only new levels, which has become hard😕 These boosters come in very handy to beat the hard levels!
Other hard levels are possible (with difficulty) to win with help of pre-game boosters and handy boosters - Lollipops & Free Switch! If you are stuck on a level, keep trying the level(s) and you will get an easy board after some trials!

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
