When I press the butrón to see a comercial the image dispare for several minutes and I have to re start the device.

Does this happen only when you watch the Ads? Otherwise, is your game working fine without any issues?
Which device are you using to play the game? Which version of the App do you have right now? Can you check how much storage you have on your device?
