Hello @Ahmad22288 the issue of not receiving gold from the Episode Race is an old issue that goes back to March 2023. We have been told that the issue has been fixed though.
Make sure your app is up to date is one of the fixes recommended for this issue as the app update will not automatically install for this issue.
If your app is already up to date then all you can do is contact Player Support to see if they will help you.
