New Terms of Service too often

This is the 2nd time in less than a week I had to accept Terms of Service. When I do this I'm treated as a new player. My events disappear and I have to play a few rounds before they come back causing me to lose out on what I need to collect for the events. What's up with that? I'm at Level 5431. I don't need instructions on how to play!

AGAIN! Today. I sign on after playing yesterday, I'm instructed to "accept terms of service" which I do and when I go to "events" it says "Events Coming Soon". and I have to play a few rounds without the Treat Machines, the wheel spin or what I'm supposed to be collecting for the Candy Box. Fix it please!
