game freezing constantly

Been playing candy crush for a long time and I'm on level 7545. My game keeps freezing or going black almost every time i try to watch a ad for extra moves etc. I have tried turning off my Ipad to restart the game but it happens again and again, my game is up to date, my storage is good what can I do to fix this? Can't play most of the time now !

thanks for getting back to me, I am using my IPad 6th generation 17.73. Most of the time when it freezes or goes black it's when I try to watch an ad get more moves. The ads that seem to cause this are, Blockudoka-block puzzle most ads from the app store and Vita mahjong etc.Turning my Ipad off and restarting it works only occasionally and I lose any moves I might of had when watching a ad.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Ad videos in your game! If it is the Ads that are freezing / crashing / causing Black screen, the issue is not on your side, but the game itself!

Which device are you using to play the game?

Did you get a chance / notice if those freezing videos are about same Advertisement or various brands?
