Which Apple device are you using? Is this the first time you are having the connection issue? Are your game App and the iOS have updated versions?
Do you see any error message when you attempt the purchase? If so, can you post a screenshot of that error message?
Did you try to contact the Apple Support team to see if they can assist to resolve the issue?
