I am sorry to say that not all the players receive the Ads feature at the same time, as this it is still being tested in Candy Crush Saga!
Until the testing is over, only few groups of players will be receiving the feature for certain period of time! Once their turn is over, the feature will be moved to other groups of players! I am not sure how long this test lasts and when all of us will receive the feature!
But, to make sure that we too will receive the feature for testing, we will have to make sure that the game App is updated to the latest version, there is at least 2 GB free space on device memory and we are actively playing the game!
Other than that, as players, there is nothing we can do to receive the Ads!
