How do I save my progress on my phone, and sync with my tablet? I thought for sure I already had them synced.

Can you please provide few details….
(1) Did you recently downloaded the game onto your phone? If so, did you make sure that you are logged into your game account?
(2) Are your devices showing different level progress on each of those? If so, can you post screenshot of both game maps for me?
(3) The "offline" message — is it appearing on your phone or the tablet?
(4) Do you see this "offline" message - when you try to log into the game OR when try to make a purchase?

Every time I try, it tells me I'm offline and I'm not.
