I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having with the store in your game!
I need a clarification please! What did you mean by "issue with Update"? Do you see an error message when you try to update the App?
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you happen to take a screenshot of that error message for the Update? Can you share that with us?
How about other aspects of the game like collecting reward from Episode Race, Candy Royale, etc., or taking part in Tournaments, etc.,? Are these all working fine?

it says I am off line but I am not. Can’t buy extra play moves or update the store. This has been going on for months…I play on a IPad which is latest version and updated.
I cannot collect rewards or buy additional turns
